Auto Repair In Fairbanks

Everyone at University Chevron was very helpful. I called when my vehicle wouldn't start and they had me contact Interior Towing, who showed up in Goldstream Valley within 45 min and towed it on a flatbed to University Chevron. Interior Towing even gave me a ride into town to University Chevron. Then University Chevron gave us an accurate time estimate when it would be worked on, and they charged a reasonable rate for identifying our battery as the problem and how to fix it. Everyone was friendly and informed and the service was great. Thank you University Chevron. A pleasure to do business with you.

Mikes is great. They always give an estimate for work that needs to be done / should be done, but listens to the customer when deciding how to proceed. Estimates for everything that my truck needs fixed far outpaces its value, and they understand that. They know Im not going to drop $3,000 on a 96! But they listened to what I needed worked on and took care of me. Ive been here many times in the past and will continue in the future, great shop in Fairbanks.
