Auto Repair In Fairbanks

Dropped my truck off at 7:30 am for brakes and oil change which had been scheduled 3-4 days prior. By 1 pm the truck had not even made it into the shop, needless to say the brakes never got changed. That was the main purpose of my visit and it did not even happen. I will not be going back for any work in the future.

The service was professional and quick, and the staff friendly and courteous.

These guys/gals are great. They always do a good job. I highly recommend them. Troy and his crew stand by the work that they do.

I missed my scheduled drop off day - Troy took my vehicle with no problem and squeezed me into their busy schedule. I am very pleased with their turn-over rate. With the diagnostic and heavy repairs, my car was returned just after one weekend.

Everyone at University Chevron was very helpful. I called when my vehicle wouldn't start and they had me contact Interior Towing, who showed up in Goldstream Valley within 45 min and towed it on a flatbed to University Chevron. Interior Towing even gave me a ride into town to University Chevron. Then University Chevron gave us an accurate time estimate when it would be worked on, and they charged a reasonable rate for identifying our battery as the problem and how to fix it. Everyone was friendly and informed and the service was great. Thank you University Chevron. A pleasure to do business with you.
