Great customer service, they are fast and offer car service so you can leave and come back when your car is done, I have had my car worked on a few times and never have I been disappointed in the service.

Overall friendly, courteous, and prompt service every time. I have gone to University Chevron for about a year. They have done tire swap overs and oil changes for me. They do an inspection on the vehicle while its in there, even if that's not what it was in for, which I love. They'll let you know what is going on with the vehicle; if anything may need further work or need to be replaced soon. The guy who worked on my vehicle was quite the looker too ;-P definitely enjoyed watching him under the hood lol.

I had been losing air in my front tires for quite some time and a buddy recommend Mike's chevron for their fast tire service. They got me right in, and right out within a half hour. They ended up replacing both valve stims and my tires have held air ever since. Wonderful customer service, very fast and professional! Hard to find good service like this in Fairbanks! This shop is by far the best choice for vehicle maintenance and repair on the west side of Fairbanks. They will service any make and model and they can do anything from fixing a flat to complicated engine repairs. Rates and prices are comparable with other shops in town and if you want high quality service you'll get what you pay for at University Chevron. I've been watching University Chevron commercials on TV here in Fairbanks for over 30 years, and there's a reason they've been around so long: professional, honest, and dedicated to service. If you care about your vehicle do yourself a favor- ask University Chevron to do the maintenance and service. You can't go wrong.

I had an unexpected car problem and needed an electrics diagnostic; they were able to make room for me even though they had a full schedule that Friday. Monday the problem was fixed. I'm pretty sure they even wiped down my interior vinyl with armor-all or something... if they didn't, maybe I was just THAT glad to see my Subaru again :)

The guys at University Chevron are wonderful to work with. I took my Jeep Wrangler there when I had problems and my Subaru Crosstrek. The prices are fair, the work is quick and well done. I will keep going back and suggest to anyone to go here over a dealership.
