I've been going to University Chevron for 3 years now. Each time I've gone I've always dealt with the same people, Troy and Brad have always provided excellent customer service. They're open and honest with me about what needs to be done to my car and what type of service it needs. There was a single occasion where they couldn't tell me something about my car and then referred me to someone who was able to answer my concerns effectively.Thanks guys.
Excellent Customer Service!We brought in our vehicle and had some work done on it. The manager gave me some coupons with my warranty and allowed me to use them on that order. I was extremely happy with their service and prices. I plan on bringing both my vehicles there if/when I need more work done.
I had my cam, crank and gasket seals replaced in my 97' Subaru Impreza. 4,000 miles later, the gaskets started leaking oil again. I took it back, and they honored the warranty. Great to work with. Highly recommended.
