The customer service at University Chevron is excellent. They're an honest shop. I've actually been going to this garage even before I was old enough to drive. My mother was their customer starting back in the 70's. The fact that I'm STILL going to them speaks for itself. Great place, great people!

I have always had great service from this shop. They know me when I walk in and actually remember services that they have done in the past. I have called on a couple of other shops and University Chevron seems to have comparable prices. I also love that when I drop off my car, they drive me to work! Bought tires from them and they had some of the best customer serive in town. They showed me many options for tires for my car and helped me pick the best tires for my car, even with my budget. They did the job quickly and were very well priced. I highly recommend them.

I was scheduled for an oil change and a level 2 tune up. But I was shown that my vehicle was not road safe and why. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced and they perform the services needed to keep your vehicle running smoothly and dependably so you have piece of mind and do not have to worry about breaking down. I would recommend University Chevron to anyone who needs any repairs or maintenance performed on their vehicle.

I have been going to Mike's University Chevron for years and I have always been very satisfied with their service. The work done on my vehicle is always what they said it would be and if something arises that I didn't expect, they work with me and explain what is a priority for safety and what can wait until my next service. The guys there are super friendly and helpful and it is the only shop I have repeatedly returned too for oil changes or big ticket items. I always recommend them to others and appreciate the ride to work when I drop off my car.

Stopped in today to see if I could get a tire repaired while I waited. They were able to get the car in right away, so we left the car, went for a short walk, stopped and had a pita and returned in half an hour to find the car done and waiting. Excellent, courteous service.

Everyone at the facility was very positive and helping. I will make them my #1 place to go for my 4-wheel babies. Brad and Troy are like long lost friends, and every trip in you get the feeling that they really care about what is going on with your vehicle, and the facility.The techs are awesome, I don't think I have ever been to a place where the techs have been there after 6-months of service to my vehicle. The norm is going back to have your vehicle fixed and seeing a different tech every time. Not here!! They take care of their employees and really show them the respect that they should. The techs are awesome!!!Brad and Troy offer excellent customer service and try to accommodate you and you finances, so each party can walk away from the transaction feeling good about it.I am hooked!!
