Auto Repair In Fairbanks

I have been a steady customer for quite a few years, and often recommend University Chevron to others. The are friendly, polite, prompt, and genuinely interested in keeping my loyalty. They've never screwed up a repair on one of my vehicles, something I can't say about the shop I used before them. My advice is to take care of repairs and service with them before the first cold snaps of winter hit as they get very busy when the temp drops like a rock. I highly recommend you consider them when buying new tires. Their prices are competitive with the local tire shops and their service is way better. I was pleased to discover their free WiFi when I was getting my tires rotated last week.

These guys are great. After calling every place in town looking for a set of snow tires these guys came through. They told me to be at their location at a certain time and even though I was thirty minutes late they still installed the set of snow tires and even put my other set of all season tires in bags so that they wouldn't get my car dirty. Overall great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for guys who do honest work.

We go to University Chevron regularly for our Jeep and Toyota and have always left satisfied. None of their work has ever failed. They're generous with advice, and will make an effort to suggest alternatives to service to help save me on repair costs. Very friendly service - we definitely trust this business to take care of our vehicles.

The customer service at University Chevron is excellent. They're an honest shop. I've actually been going to this garage even before I was old enough to drive. My mother was their customer starting back in the 70's. The fact that I'm STILL going to them speaks for itself. Great place, great people!

I have always had great service from this shop. They know me when I walk in and actually remember services that they have done in the past. I have called on a couple of other shops and University Chevron seems to have comparable prices. I also love that when I drop off my car, they drive me to work! Bought tires from them and they had some of the best customer serive in town. They showed me many options for tires for my car and helped me pick the best tires for my car, even with my budget. They did the job quickly and were very well priced. I highly recommend them.

I was scheduled for an oil change and a level 2 tune up. But I was shown that my vehicle was not road safe and why.
