I heard the University Chevron's Excellent Reputation for years. But always try to go to auto shop with friends I know first. Until my 2004 Honda Element had a strange problem - driver hours or go up hill. The car slowdown significantly. End up I went to 3 different shops and even got breaker pad and transmission replaced. These costed me thousands dollars. But the car is still have same problem. So I went to University Chevron. The mechanics over there only took 30 minutes got the correct diagnosis - Master Breaker Cylinder is bad. They order the parts and second day I had my lovely Element works normal again. I thought this will cost me a lot. Supposedly, it costs much less than I expected. Since then, I had all my 3 cars serviced at University Chevron. I have been with Chevron for near 3 years now. I am very happy with their service. Another thing made me surprised is the Owner Mike or Troy frequently gave customer a ride. Because they want to hear how customer response to their services. Most customers did not know they are the owners, so they talked straightly. Any owner care about customers so much will definitely do excellent job all the time. I have no question for that. The third things I want to point out is most customer can find coupon, award on web or their shop. Help customer cut cost is fun for them. Last, the management is very modern. Once your car being serviced there. They will keep track your car and let you know when is next service. They will send email to notice you. But to go or not is up to you. No pressure at all. Believe what I said or not, gave them a try. You will notice the difference soon.
