Everyone at the facility was very positive and helping. I will make them my #1 place to go for my 4-wheel babies. Brad and Troy are like long lost friends, and every trip in you get the feeling that they really care about what is going on with your vehicle, and the facility.The techs are awesome, I don't think I have ever been to a place where the techs have been there after 6-months of service to my vehicle. The norm is going back to have your vehicle fixed and seeing a different tech every time. Not here!! They take care of their employees and really show them the respect that they should. The techs are awesome!!!Brad and Troy offer excellent customer service and try to accommodate you and you finances, so each party can walk away from the transaction feeling good about it.I am hooked!! Got my tires changed here the other day. Super friendly service, and my tires seem just fine. When I dropped the car off, they offered to give me a ride if I needed one. I had someone coming to get me, but I thought it was considerate of them to offer. Took a while (4 hours), but really where are you going to find a place that doesn't? All in all, I'd recommend University Chevron.

I've been going to University Chevron for 3 years now. Each time I've gone I've always dealt with the same people, Troy and Brad have always provided excellent customer service. They're open and honest with me about what needs to be done to my car and what type of service it needs. There was a single occasion where they couldn't tell me something about my car and then referred me to someone who was able to answer my concerns effectively.Thanks guys.

Excellent Customer Service!We brought in our vehicle and had some work done on it. The manager gave me some coupons with my warranty and allowed me to use them on that order. I was extremely happy with their service and prices. I plan on bringing both my vehicles there if/when I need more work done.

I had my cam, crank and gasket seals replaced in my 97' Subaru Impreza. 4,000 miles later, the gaskets started leaking oil again. I took it back, and they honored the warranty. Great to work with. Highly recommended.
