Personal attention, excellent customer service (which is rare for Fairbanks). They give you a giant checklist of all the stuff they look at when they do an oil change, they look at stuff I never consider. Plus my motorcycle loves the Techron additive in their fuel.

The vehicle had an electrical fault and was completely dead. I'm so pleased I took it to University Chevron for repair: it was as good as new in a day - much faster than I had any right to expect - and the price was very reasonable. Everybody was exceedingly professional and friendly, they were able to see my car the day after I called, and they got the work done quickly, saving me 50 dollars in labor. I'll absolutely be taking my car back there - I highly recommend it to other people.
