I was not pleased with the services. The vehicle inspection performed was substandard. After receiving vehicle it was noted that the paint was scratched on the hood. I was told, oh we didn't do that.
My vehicle was taken into the garage as scheduled. I was kept informed as I waited to the progress of completion of service. The bill for the service was as quoted previously. I am pleased with the service provided by University Chevron.
