Auto Repair In Fairbanks

It is nice to have a reliable vehicle in Fairbanks, especially in the wintertime. I really appreciate being able to go over the comments about my vehicle when I pick it up. It helps me to become knowledgeable about the maintenance and helps me to know that I have a safe vehicle on the roads. I brought a used 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer into University Chevron, had it looked over, and then had all the fluids replaced. Also new ball joints were put in. I trust that the Trailblazer is now reliable and being skillfully maintained. This is why I choose University Chevron and this is also why I feel that the staff at University Chevron have the customer's (and my) best interests at heart.

Brought my Jeep Wrangler in October 16th to repair a blown head gasket. The initial quote I received was that it would be started within a week. The next day I received a call stating that it would be more like 2-3 weeks before it was finished. Any update I received was because I made a phone call to find out the status. The rep never called me first. After about 5 weeks I gave my rep a call and he said it still had not been started but they "think" it would be started this week or next. There was never any reassuring information. I decided to pick up my vehicle on November 20th and bring it to another shop who started it that week and told me it would be done next week. There was zero communication unless I initiated it on the status of my vehicle. There seemed to be a lack of motivation to work on my vehicle even though I agreed to pay over $3000. I lost trust in University Chevron.

Amazing service. On a very busy day they were able to squeeze me in for a headlight repair. So thankful in these dark winter nights
