Only some of the issues concerning my car were addressed and a promised follow-up estimate was not made. More comments will be in my Personal Review.

Every thing worked as scheduled without disturbing our daily life. We are glad that you did additional checks for future works to be done. We are very satisfied with your courtesy. These are reasons that we have long been your customer for repairs and gas, for more than 40 years !

My only very small complaint is there is no contact from the time my car goes in until about 10 minutes before closing. Since I can no longer get a ride back to Univ. Chevron WITH Univ. Chevron, I have to call a cab which takes a bit of time and yesterday, if I hadn't called ahead finally, you would have closed before I could pick up my car. I would appreciate just an interim text mid-afternoon with an hour window as to when I can pick up my car (and also, if I have to wait until the next day). Yesterday I didn't get an email that my car was ready for pickup until after I had picked it up and was already home.

Brought my truck in on 8/10 for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff was friendly as always. I left to go pick up a uhaul trailer as I was leaving the following Monday for a move to Arizona. A mile down the road my drivers front wheel fell off and my truck landed on it. They picked me up and had my truck back to me at the end of the day. On the move I noticed a metal on metal sound when the brakes were applied. I took it into a Les Schwab in Dillon, MT and they found that the same wheel brake caliper was missing a bolt to hold it in place. The Schwab guy told me that if the caliper had worn through the wheel going down the highway it would have been a catastrophic failure and the wheel would have locked up. Troy the owner is a good man, I can tell this just by talking to him. He had a wheel sent down to Arizona as the one that fell off was destroyed. I am giving the marginal rating because of the friendliness of the staff and the owner as well as Troy having the new replacement wheel sent to the tire shop in Arizona, otherwise they would get as low as I could give. I would urge people to check the work they do before leaving.
