Great. They treated me like a person, not like a stupid female that didn't know anything about cars. They were upfront about everything so there were no surprises. The email updates were nice; it allowed me to plan my day accordingly based on the progress. I did have one problem from when I bought my car (not their fault, the just happened to figure it out) and they gave several suggestions on how to fix it (including the cheapest and least damaging) even though it wasn't with their shop.
