After many years of bringing the truck and van here, I return for the great customer service and excellent care of my vehicles. I trust the staff completely and know that I will get a fair price for the warranted and general maintenance work. Also there is a lot of parking space so that when I leave town for work, I can drop my vehicle off and the work gets done while I am out of town, even for an extended time so that I do not have to worry about parking . I like the courteous way that the staff treat customers, explaining the reasons for the needed work in terms that are easy to comprehend for busy drivers who just want a safe, reliable vehicle.

I came in with major issues. No brakes (completely gone), tires that had gouges and bulges and an engine light on. I had called several places, yet no one in town could get to my car for several weeks. I decided to stop in to see if University Chevron could do anything to help. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They had my brakes and tires inspected in 20 minutes. Then, they called several places to ensure the best pricing for parts, ordered my brakes on a rush and had everything completed within 48 hours. The work invoice was A LOT less than any of the other shops had quoted me. I couldn't believe the level of service and timeliness they were able to provide! The team at Chevron always does great, comprehensive work that gets me back on the road as soon as possible, with confidence my car will get me from Point A to Point B without issue. The desk staff explains any issues in plain language, and they are very approachable if you have any additional questions or concerns. They are conveniently located near campus, which makes dropping off the car before class or work a breeze.

I've taken my vehicles to this station for nearly 30 years. I always get top notch friendly service. My vehicle is ready when promised. The work invoice is detailed and is followed up with a detailed checklist of items inspected, parts replaced, or will need attention on my next visit. The prices are reasonable for the good work done, but more importantly, my husband approves of the work University Chevron does on my truck. No worries for him or me!
