Brought my Jeep Wrangler in October 16th to repair a blown head gasket. The initial quote I received was that it would be started within a week. The next day I received a call stating that it would be more like 2-3 weeks before it was finished. Any update I received was because I made a phone call to find out the status. The rep never called me first. After about 5 weeks I gave my rep a call and he said it still had not been started but they "think" it would be started this week or next. There was never any reassuring information. I decided to pick up my vehicle on November 20th and bring it to another shop who started it that week and told me it would be done next week. There was zero communication unless I initiated it on the status of my vehicle. There seemed to be a lack of motivation to work on my vehicle even though I agreed to pay over $3000. I lost trust in University Chevron.
