Robert was thorough in understanding the issues I was having with my car to relay to the mechanics. They were upfront about what work they found needing to be done, an explanation of why it meant and why it was important, as well as the associated costs. There was one issue that wasn't noticed that might have saved my car a day in the shop, but overall, I was glad they communicated it with me and took care of it right away.

I'm absolutely impressed with the service, the oil changes are a must if you have a car and you will get so much more information about your vehicle when you bring it to University Chevron. Called these guys needing a VERY last minute repair in a time crunch. I called several shops around town, and was basically told what I needed (and how quickly I needed it) was impossible. The guys at University Chevron went above and beyond to make the repair happen. They even located a part that they didn't have on hand and got the repair done that day. I would recommend them a hundred times over.

Very trustworthy, got my vehicle fixed and it does not run how it use to. They diagnosed what was wrong and fixed the problem!
