Auto Repair In Fairbanks

Had a slow leak in my tire. Called and they got me in the same day. I stopped by early to get a nitrogen top off so I could do my running around before dropping it off for repair. Ended up leaving my van there and they were able to get to it before my scheduled time. Always pleased when I come here and the customer service is amazing.

Came in for a replacement of serpentine belt on 2006 Prius. Leaking water pump discovered while removing cracked serpentine belt. Billy and Trent got me the bad news ASAP, got the part, and got me out of the shop only about an hour after we had agreed for just the belt. This involved a couple of test drives and making sure the thermostat was reading properly, too. I think the technician, Ed, was excellent at his work. Communication was super.
