Very professional and very communicative. They described what they were going to do and what they found in detail, kept in touch during the process for authorization or questions, and walked me through any follow-ups I had. They diagnosed my car but were unable to repair it due to dealer-specific technology, so they lowered the price to just the diagnostic, gave me the details, and pointed me in the right direction. Overall a good experience.

From the moment i pulled in for a low tire air check to driving away two hours later i was impressed with the follow thru service. Billy checked the air on one tirw then noticed a potential blow out problem on another tire. Having safe tires is important so two rears were purchased they came from across town with Trents immediate attention and was on my car due to the shop crews fast n thorough work. I also received a warranty on the tires that were mounted n balanced. I wanted to use my 10 dollar coupon from the wheel spin but will on next visit. Final payment n paperwork done with a cheery smile from robert. The only hiccup was tires were 113 my price at american tire n i was charged 144. I was hoping for a better price on them since the wholesale price was probably even less than the 113. The warranty made up for this.
