Auto Repair In Fairbanks

Top of the line service from start to finish. I was greeted with a smile and attended to promptly. Trent took the time to explain each type of service offered and recommended which one would be best for me and why. He asked what time I needed to have it completed by, and after informing him, he promised it would be ready. And it was. Thank you University Chevron.

Great service

Called to schedule a winterization on Friday, tech said bring it down we will do it now. Wife took the vehicle down and everyone played like "who told you to bring it today?" So we meet our Monday appointment, we come in, are very specific that we need this done by 2pm (at 830am), we were assured they could meet the timeline, until we showed up at 2pm to pick it up, then excuses started. Don't tell us you will have something done by a certain time, then fail at doing it, especially after wasting an hour of our day on Friday. Terrible.

I have lived in Fairbanks for 14 years and have tried several different auto repair shops both in Fairbanks and North Pole. University Chevron has without a doubt should receive the award for best customer service! I find the repair costs reasonable and the work very thorough. I will continue to bring my vehicles in all services and will be happy to recommend you to all of my friends and family. Thank you for the GREAT service you have provided!

The last I came in for oil change and could grease all the fittings because they didn't have the right grease fit or the fittings where rusty ha. They should of replaced them with new ones if that's the case

University is the best. It's really hard to trust mechanics in this town but they are honest when it comes to repair priorities and cost estimates. Work is done promptly and it's easy to get timely appointments. They keep my beloved older Ford on the road!
