Auto Repair In Fairbanks

I took my car in for a seasonal tire change. I had made an appointment in advance. They could not get to my car the day I brought it in, and had to keep it overnight. I understand things happen, but it was a bit uncomfortable not having my car overnight as I have no other transportation. They were able to get to it first thing the next day and also gave me a free car wash as a way to apologize. My tires seem to be fine with the swap and the staff was friendly. So, all is well in the end.

Got a new engine and my truck is running great!

These guys went out of their way to do a great job. I’m confident in the work they did and very happy. I don’t mind paying for service done right! All work was explained and price quoted before hand. I’ll be a repeat customer.

My brand new alternator was failing, smoking today and my battery light is on. Robert worked really hard on the phone with NAPA (since my regular shop is closed today) to see if they would honor the warranty. Since my regulars hop is within 50 miles, even though they are closed, NAPA said no. He was on the phone about half an hour. So I’ll have it towed to my regular shop but I really appreciate the time it took to help me. Thank you!
