My car was dropped off the night before. I filled out the paperwork with my phone number and left it in the slot. Well, I waited all morning the next day for a phone call to let me know when my car would be ready; but they called my husband instead. Oil change went well!

I like the electronic documental notes of inspection. It would even better if I could have electronic copies of receipts to allow me to track the records of the work serviced by Chevron.

It was very easy to request an appointment online. A member of the staff got back to me within the business day to schedule and I got the time I requested. I was able to get a ride to work, making it very easy to drop off. I was told ahead of time how much it would cost and that price didn’t change at pick up. I will definitely use their services again and this time, I won’t leave my oil change light on for so long because I know it will be an easy peasy experience!

Excellent, trustworthy, above-and-beyond service and repair. Outstanding communication re: repair timeline and thorough, very helpful print-out w/results of comprehensive, multi-point inspection after just an oil change! Two days ago my husband brought in a tire to be repaired. The lady up front wasn’t sure if they would get to it even though it was brought in first thing 🥴 My husband called yesterday when he woke up (2:30pm) and was told that they couldn’t fix the tire. I guess the tech tried to use a safety seal which is only temporary anyway instead of taking the tire off the wheel. He was told the tire was TOO BIG to take off the rim, which is funny. My husband is a MECHANIC that used to work there!!! His tire is a stock standard truck tire, size 265/55R17… should have easily been able to take it off the rim with the equipment you have there. Your tech is LAZY!! And now you won’t get our business anymore. We even reached out to our friend, who also used to work there and he was mad for us!! Anyway. We took it somewhere else around 3pm, and they had it fixed before 5pm. We used to recommend you guys to everyone but not anymore. The shop wasn’t even busy!! If you don’t want to do tire services don’t offer them!! I did privately message before this review and I feel like it was a typical generic response to an upset customer. I truly hope they do have a word with their techs and this won’t happen to anyone else. We aren’t mad it took so long, we are more upset that they gave us a BS excuse and wouldn’t fix the tire, or even offer anything else, like what to do. Anyway, save yourself the headache, because they probably won’t take this review seriously and go somewhere else.

Disappointing experience. They kept our car for three days. After an oil change/inspection at University Chevron last summer turned up no problems, they said during our October service that the car needed $3,700 worth of work done. We had it done and paid them. The disappointing part was the customer service -- they seemed uncaring and unfriendly, and they did not even return phone calls when we phoned to ask about the status of the repair job. Two voicemails were evidently ignored. After 20 years of giving University Chevron our business, it may be time to look elsewhere.

Great service! I have taken all three of my vehicles to Mikes Chevron for mechanical repairs in the last few months. All of the service work was done professionally and on time.
