A year ago, University Chevron wrote a completely honest assessment of the work needing to be done on my vehicle, to the extent of specifying that the front axle still had life left in it and that we need to monitor it . I still chose to have it replaced then and was given a 3 year warranty on it . Within a year later (just recently), University made good on the warranty and replaced it at no cost to me . Let me suggest that one should always verify whether the cost of the tow is included with the warranty , to not be surprised by what you were told or thought would be included with the warranty .
